Our main focus is the installation of windows, doors, shower doors and sealed units. We also offer window and door capping of existing installations. From the replacement of a single door to a complete refit of your entire house, we are able to do the job and do it right at an affordable cost to you.
WINDOWS
Fandrich Installations can supply and install the PVC windows, wood windows, bay/bow windows required for your project. Windows are subject to the wear and tear that comes from constant use and exposure to the weather. Over time, weather stripping, hardware and frame materials can deteriorate or fail. Replacement will provide cost savings in energy use, make your house more comfortable and add to the resale value. The most common styles of windows we install include single-hung, double hung, casement, awning, bay and bow windows.
DOORS
As with windows, doors are subject to the same conditions resulting from extended use and exposure to the weather. We install doors in a wide variety of styles. There are a few basic types that will fulfill most needs, these include exterior entrance doors which are most frequently stile and rail doors, interior passage doors which are most frequently flush doors, French or casement doors, swinging or sliding patio doors, louver doors, garden doors, screen doors and storm doors. We also install all varieties of bi-fold doors.
SHOWER DOORS
Whether you are simply replacing an existing shower door with a new one or have finally decided to quit fighting with that silly plastic curtain we will come in and install a new shower or tub door for you. Repair/Replace Screens
A damaged window screen is often no better than no screen at all. Insects, especially mosquitoes, can locate even the smallest hole to get indoors. When screens are damaged, they look bad because the irregular weave pattern tends to stands out thus marring the view from the window. We provide cost effective screen repair or replacement. When possible we install new screening into the old frame or can also replace the entire unit with a custom-sized one.
Mirrors - cut to size, polished edges and installed
We install custom wall mirrors for living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, door mirrors, fireplaces, bi-fold mirror doors and sliding mirror closet doors.
WINDOW and DOOR CAPPING
So, you are still attached to your current windows but are fed up with the constant need to repaint them. 7 or 8 coats ago they probably looked great but now you look at the frame and remember the time and money you spent sprucing them up.
